Josh Baker is a real estate attorney, broker and advisor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the course of his nearly 20 year career, he has developed a broad and practical understanding of the legal, financial, and operational aspects of real estate ownership and development. Before establishing his solo practice, Josh served as in-house counsel to a leading Bay Area property management and development firm, where he was closely involved in acquisitions, leasing, construction, and portfolio management. This experience informs his approach today, allowing him to provide advice to people on various sides of real estate transactions - advise that is not only llegally sound, but grounded in the realities of executing and managing real estate projects.
